DVD Recorder: Must Include Hard Disk, Freeview and VCR

My friends want to buy a DVD Recorder.....preferably a Panasonic....which must have a Hard Disk, VCR, and integrated Freeview

They also would like to to watch one Freeview Channel while being able to record another if this is at all possible

They would also like the machine to upscale standard DVD and Freeview to a minimum of 720P/1080i

Can you advise me on what to advise them to audition please

This will be ideal - Panasonic DMR-EX98V. OK, so it doesn't have twin digital tuners (just one), but I don't know of a DVD/VCR/HDD recorder that does.
