Updating/upgrading Amp

Hi

I have a 9 year old amp Marantz 6010 OSE Ki Signature and I am thinking of replacing it. My budget is up to £400. Bearing in mind my budget is it worth upgrading or would I have to spend much more than the budget allows. My source player is a 63 Ki CD player up to Quad 21L's.

Marantz 7200 is not on the market any more otherwise it would be the obvious choice. The other to consider could be Marantz sr5023 or Nad 355bee.

I recommend looking for a PM7001Ki. I sold mine a month or so ago and I had seen one on ebay a while ago. It's not that easy to find but is worth looking for.
