The Shield appreciation thread

Today I have mostly been watching The Shield. I came to this show rather late but a friend has lent me his season 1 - 3 box sets (Cheers Steve!) and I'm slowly working through them I find it a very character driven show with good plots and a great storyline over the course of the season (I'm still on season 1) Comments please!

Quite easily one of the best shows on tv since the turn of this century.Gritty and part based on real events. I've seen upto the end of season 5 and still waiting on season 6 to air here in ireland or on sat, so its well worth watching through.Season 7 is going to be the last with 13 eps and is expected to air in the autumn in the US. Finally don't look up anything on the net cause you will read spoilers. Enjoy!!

Well now, I've finished the first 3 seasons and I have to say that I now consider mysrlf a fan! It's all good so I'm off to buy my own ccopies!!!
