Thanks Bill, I will do then. Cheers! In most cases all TVs increase in brightness and performance via each generation, however, the difference is never that great, so stick with what you have until it is at least 5yrs old and then have a look at what's available, otherwise you will most likely be disappointed.

Nice one! 👍Still £1079 (or at least was on Thursday last week) in store in Costco. Ordered the 55 inch version which is on its way. Before weekend would be good for tennis.

Just been reading up on RGB Mini LED - sounds expensive.I'm hoping RGB Mini LED will be affordable in the next couple of years. Stick with the Kuro until then!
I guess it will be just the flagship to start with then filter down the following years.Like all new technology it will be, but give it a year or two and it'll get more realistic.
Don’t seem like it!I'm hoping RGB Mini LED will be affordable in the next couple of years. Stick with the Kuro until then!
I am back on standard normal settings I like the brightness.I have settled for cinema picture mode for the best all around pictures I think personally. I did input the calibration settings on professional mode which Ratings.com website give and liked them too. To be fair they are very close when switching between the two of them. I find blacks are best on these 2 settings and brightness is good too.
Here are the calibration settings if anyone is interested:

Sony BRAVIA 7 Calibration Settings
We used the following calibration settings to review the 65-inch Sony BRAVIA 7, and for the most part, we expect them to apply to the 55-inch, 75-inch, and 85-inch models as well.www.rtings.com
Think 115 inches is a bit big in my room!Don’t seem like it!
