Ok so my room is 13x11x10 feet. I have been using 2.0 without acoustics but cant hear dialogue much even at 70 volume. Now want to start in acoustics and for front wall behind speakers chosen 5 inches thick 2feetx4feet panel. My question is it has rockwool density only 40. I will be setting subwoofer crossover frequency at 80hz. So from 80hz to 400hz will this density be enough or not?

I think you've got bigger problems than the density of your acoustic panel. Would suggest your system thinks it is in 3.0 and thus not sending dialogue to your L and R speakers. Probably worth investigating.

Step 1 is to go and get your ears checked as there may be a problem occurring that needs immediate attention (Hearing changes gradually as you get older), they will also be able to provide you with hearing aids if necessary to plug any imbalance. (The free hearing aids you get these days are very good but if you want even better you can pay extra)
Just sticking something behind the speakers is not room treatment, pop onto You Tube and you will find plenty of tutorials how to go about finding your room problems and how to correct them.

Just looked that up, if I have the right one, that looks. Like a nine channel receiver, is that correct?

Firstly, I would check the settings, make sure the amp understands you are only using two channels.

Ultimately, I would recommend you invest in a centre speaker.
