If someone can't hear the difference between cables then they are LUCKY!

'Difference' is all relative, I (like most people with good hearing) have always been able to tell significant differences between cables, but believe me im not happy about it! 😛

I don't think I am in any way an evangelist for expensive cabling, but to my ears it really does make a difference. Couldn't care less about the science bit really - if I hear a controlled bottom end, or more spacious treble, thoses are traits I enjoy and feel that my Chord (yes I am a fanboy!) cables help accentuate. IMO, I have heard more significant differences with changes of interconnects but every little helps right?,

I find it crazy that you would invest money in decent separates only to lash up the components with substandard cabling. It is like having a performance car and putting cheap 'ditch finder' tyres on it instead of higher quality ones - you'll never reach its full potential!

I would say that the cables i use are anything but substandard. The standard 500 strand OFC speaker cables i am using work superbly between the Hiato amplifier and Pl200 speakers
