Going to get some QED original cable for my secondary system and need spades or banana plugs on the amp side of things.

Is there really any sound quality difference besides the fact that plugs are easyer to use? Not going to unplug it for ages after ive inserted the cable so wear wont be an issue, but witch one will sit best over time?

IMO no difference. both should provide good contact area and tight fit - which is what you need and all you need.

As AlmaataKZ said, no real difference. The probably the only thing worth considering is that if space behind your amp is tight (a problem I used to have) banana plugs stick out another 2-3cm. Spades add no depth.

Dali spades it is then. I have never used them so i wasnt sure how they would fare in the long run.

i am for the plugs as they are more easy to take in and out, and if the plugs are decent they will have a good grip too, but then again there will not be any difference in sound anyway.
