Hi there,
the Samsung I bought in 2009 had bad clouding and I asked Currys to give me a refund within two days. They were extremely helpful and came to take it away within two days on a Sunday and repayed into my credit card account after two more days. This doesnt help you I know but you must be firm and reject the TV on the grounds that it is not fit for purpose. The dealer has had a chance to fix it and failed so you have the right for your money back. Go and see trading standards for advice and write to the manufacturer if necessary if they refuse to take it back. The first thing you must do though is write ( a letter) and take it to the manager asking for a refund and give them maybe two weeks to take it away. After that if you have no joy get in touch with trading standards and ask them how to proceed, that is what they are there for.
For your information my Samsung UE55C8000 has no clouding at all and I am very fussy about TV pictures, so it is possible to get good pictures from LCD sets. Good luck with your problem solving.
