Re Bi Wiring Speakers

Hi,

Can anyone tell me if Bi Wiring speakers makes a difference in sound quality to a 5.1 surround system ?

I would like to upgrade my speaker cables and birwiring them will increase cost and i want to know if the extra cost is justified.

I dont know about bi wiring but i bi amped my KEF Q7 speakers to my onkyo receiver and i notice a great difference the sound was more detailed and separation was excellent you just need 2 pairs of speaker cables from each speaker and connect to front and back surround for each speaker to the receiver providing your receiver is 7.1 as the back surround are used you can get max 5.1 surround sound.

Biwiring definitely isn't worth it. Bi-amping might work with some speakers. It didn't with mine.
