I am setting up a sound system mostly for music and I was wondering what amp would suit better with a pair of pioneer's sp bs22-lr. I am tottaly inexperienced so any suggestions and corrections are welcome.

Never heard the Topping or your speakers but my money would be on the PM44, maybe because I'm old skool, maybe because I've seen bigger reservoir caps in an old bedside AM radio than in the TP21, but mostly because the TP21 looks like it's really meant for use as a headphone amp that just happens to have speaker outputs should you occasionally need them, rather than as a beefy hifi amp built to drive your comparatively-demanding 6Ω speakers.
