Exposure CD 3010S...

... good, bad or indifferent? Love the 2010S but have read mixed reviews on the 30.

I've heard the 3010S2 (cd + amp) through my SA1's and while I loved the huge soundstage, the whole experience was a bit heavy-handed for my liking. I much prefer the more subtle, gentler approach of Arcam and Primare.

I can second above,

exposure is not subtle like arcam+ primare, I love the exposure sound.

with blues, rock what i listen it is much better then primare/arcam.

Mmmm, interesting stuff. I know when I test drove the 2010 it was partnered with the old Arcam amp and sounded really impressive.

Hi,

Auditioned with the matching amp and MA rx6 and was a little dissappointed , I was hoping for more from what people had said about Exposure, I prefered the Leema Stream and Pulse,more refined sound and matched or bettered the exposure in the 'musical' dept.

I did not listen to the 2010s pairing as I thought the 3010s would be more of the same but bigger and better, from what I have since read maybe not the case.
