Bluray vs Cd player Harman Kardon

What do you think would be the outcome in a showoff between de Harman kardon BD-10 BR player and the HD 980 CD player? In other words, would the BD-10 be a suitable replacement for a dedicated CD player, or would i be better of with a seperate BR player like the sony 370?
