Hi, as heading, I'm just checking on these 2 hifi shops and basically if they are legit and ok to deal with.

The short version is, yes they are legit but sometimes take a long time to ship and there are communication issues if it isn't a straightforward matter.

Although audio affair are showing the Roksan K3 DAC in stock. It's not been released by Roksan yet, let alone in retailers stockrooms....

That is very true, I spoke to Henley Designs, the distributor, yesterday who confirmed they haven't been released yet so quite how they have stock is a mystery.
