Yamaha RXV1067 or Denon 2311?

Currently I have ProAc Studio 130 floorstanders, run on Naim Nait 5i, with Naim CD5i.

I plan to buy the rest of the system (5.1), but do not want to spend too much.

Could you give me advice on:

AVR:Yamaha RXV1067 or Denon 2311?

Center speaker: MA BX LCR or Tannoy Mercury FC custom

Rear speakers: MA BX2 or MA BXFX or Tannoy Mercury F1custom

Just to add, I plan to buy Tannoy Sub 10 woofer.

Yes.

The front floorstanders will be included in surround system through preout on AVR.

Both AVRs do have preouts, which will then pass signal through the Naim Nait to ProAcs.
