I do a good french toast for £5.00 😆 i refuse to pay for bottled water unless i am desperate .
Me too. This strange craze, which has developed over the years, where everyone has to carry around a bottle with them. When I was younger this never was the case. As a nipper, out with my mates, we'd either find a water fountain or drink out of the local stream if we were thirsty. Couldn't do that these days 🙂

That reminds me of a walk a gang of us did one boxing day about 10 years ago. Circular walk from Malham Village to Janet's Foss then over Malham Cove and back into the village. It's not a hard walk. One lad who is a bit of a show off had one of those water filled back packs with a drinking tube clipped to the front straps. We all looked at him and shook our heads and said "what do you need that for you dork". I don't think any of the rest of us even had a drink with us. Just got a drink when back in the village.

😀 yeah, some people these days think they live on planet Dune and need to wear a still suit for a constant water supply, (if you haven't seen the film you might not understand 🙂). I can understand it if you're doing vigorous exercise, but not just out for a stroll in a typical British summer, though I will admit I do pack water when I get out for an occasional round of golf.

Yep I've seen Dune both David Lynche's version. Which I have to admit I enjoyed and I've seen the new ones. I actually had a mad idea of going to a comiccon dressed as a Fremen in a still suit. My adult kids have been to 4 comiccon in the last couple of years. My daughter dresses as Astrid from How to Train Your Dragon. My son dresses as a Mandolorian.

🙂 Magic 👍
Cinematically, the later ones are good but I prefer Lynche's version as it covers the story and history in more detail. It might looked dated in comparison, but it's an iconic film like the original Blade Runner.
