So, Sky are launching their own music streaming/downloading service...

Being able to download one album/s worth a month does not make it interesting enough for me to switch from Spotify. Four million tracks as the opening available music sounds good, but it is not that huge. It could just be a catalogue of naff covers and the kind of music that you can by in motorway service stations. Now, if Sky can get The Beatles or ACDC to open up their catalogues, that would make it interesting.

I agree, going to stick with spotify until someone else I know takes the plunge so I can have a look

By charging £6.49 for 10 downloads Sky are competing with others such as itunes but you can also listen to 4 million tracks free of charge. So if you download 10 or more tracks each month then the Sky option seems reasonable.
