Replacement remote control for Leema Tucana II amp

The remote control for my Leema Tucana II amp has decided to stop working - it has fresh batteries and the red light flashes when buttons are pressed, but nothing is happening.

Wondering what my options are here - replace the remote? With what? Or get it repaired?
