Lunicycle - referring to your question "has anyone ever bought anything from Great Bargain Music www.greatbargainmusic.com ?
I have, and I got stung. Bought some Bose QC15s from them for £200 - seemed like a good deal, they were on Amazon at the time for £230. However, I thought there was something up as soon as they turned up since the packaging looked like it was something I might use if I sold something on Ebay. When I opened up the package, it all looked legit, but there were no batteries which were supposed to be supplied with the product. I tried to contact them, no phone number listed, but you can send an email or use their 'livechat' facility. Their response was this;
"Hello Chris
As the headphone was imported from US, and battery is not allowed to ship with UPS by air transfer.
if you want , we can send you couple of batteries .
thanks

Complete bullsh1t. Again, no number or anything. At this point, I knew that this isn't a proper company, but I thought as long as the headphones work it'll be OK. I just got a battery myself.
They worked, but after about half an hour of use, a hum and crackling started to emerge in the right earpiece. No way Bose headphones do that. So I emailed them back about sending them back for a replacement and have so far been fobbed off by a number of responses. Then the responses stopped and I have heard nothing from them since 10 May 2012 despite repeatedly sending emails.
I have looked on Companies House to try and find a telephone number, but nothing is listed.
I suggest, don't buy from them. I guess I am dow £200, but spreading the word. I will write to Companies House also and as many other people. Maybe I will be able to get some justice out of it...
