Itube 182 (B&W 685) speaker problem

Today i have noticed that one of the speakers (B&W 685) on my itube 182 sounds a bit louder than the other (the right speaker sounds more dull than the left) and now after trying different albums i have noticed it is pretty clear that this is the case and the left speaker seems to be more dominant, i tried the speakers on my nad amp and cd player and it is not the speakers, i did a search on this forum and see that someone else reported the same problem with the 182.

What could be the cause of this and any advice.

I must confess that I'm having exactly the same problem with my Arcam A32/B&W 685 system - the left is definitively louder than the right. I've checked all the connections and there is no problem.

Perhaps a problem with the amplifier?
