I am trying to connect my B&W PX7 headphones to my iPad by wire and to listen to them but not working!

they are wireless speakers essentially, do you have to switch them to Wired?
Is your iPad set up to send audio via 3.5mm output?

The only thing I can think off is that my PX7’s are not sufficiently charged. I have just had to order a new charge USB cable from B&W.

I'm old fashioned, but I wouldn't expect any power to be necessary when using them wired.

Yeah, I doubt your charger was faulty anyway - maybe cancel that order.

No, I lost the charger so need a new one. They are still working wirelessly though. They just sound crap, so wanted to try the wire way to see if it made a difference, Do you think it will?

Depends how good your ears are, but I would expect wired to sound better - if only slightly.
But better than 'crap' though - there must be a reception or low power issue causing the wireless to sound so bad 🤔

Yes, some of them but then I found the bit about it needing to be sufficiently charged first so just presumed it was that. Did I miss something then? Cheers.
