Help! LG H/C Bass vibration problem

i just bought a LG HT355SD, when playing anything with a bit of bass in i hear this virbration noise. I have found out that it is the subwoofer and it makes no difference if i pick it up off the floor, it still makes this horrible vibration noise. any tips to stop this?

Take it back for a replacement

+1 or temporary stick some wadding in the bass port!!
