Connecting ps3, xbox, and sky with 1 hdmi cable...

Could anyone give me some advice on the best solution for this:

I've got a tv with just 1 hdmi input (and nothing else) and need to connect up a ps3, xbox360, and sky+, the original plan was to get an AV receiver and surround sound to feed everything into (and then lead the picture out via 1 hdmi cable) but then my budget changed, and this seems to be out of the question. I've just seen the Sony HT-AS5 advertised, which at £350 would be just about affordable, and I think has the connections I need, does anyone know of anything better/cheaper or whether this would be a good solution...?

How about the Denon AVR 1910? It's being replaced by the new model and can be had for £350. It's a great AV receiver. I've just bought its big brother the 2310 but I demo'd both of them and I would have been very happy with 1910, especially at that price!
