BEST 40-42 in lcd or plasma

Hello. I just read a good review of Samsung LE40-A656A here, but then I read a post of Clare, saying they took of one star, because there are newer better tvs. She didn't specified wich ones. Can you please suggest me some, for this order of price?

Panasonic 42PX80 - £650 Panasonic 42PZ80 - £825 Panasonic 42PZ85 - £950 Pioneer Kuro 4280XD - £1200 (if you can find one anywhere!) All of these should be better than any Samsung telly. As far as LCD's go, I am not a fan... but if you must have one I would be looking at the Sony KDL40W4000 (£985)

Thank you. Actually I read that this samsung is better than the sony you talked about. And also read not so good things about those pana.

Sony was rated 5 stars in the latest 37-40" reviews.

Pannys were rated 5 stars in the 42" size.

Kuro is probably the best, and the most expensive.

I have the 42"PZ85 Pany and as Ronald McDonald would say " na na na na na im lovin it" . Absolutely amazing tv.
