Hope you can help, I am a bit of a novice and have decided on the above product, most of it works fine and I love it. However the mobile app will not recognise my product, and even worse I cannot get net radio to work. The screen just says please wait.

Thanks for replying. I nicked a lead out of a spare router, I had a tv engineer say it was ok however I am not sure. It wasn't the phone one but the other one, sorry I am not too clever, I do really appreciate yr reply tho.

i have bough a new Ethernet cable, and same issue. I get a message saying I am connected but am told to please wait....... Nothing happens.

Click "information" on the Yamaha's menu and select "Network".

What does it show there?

To confirm again, you have connected the ethernet cable from your working router to your Yamaha, right?

I am away for weekend so won't be able try until sun eve. Thanks so much for helping, bear with me please. I have connected the Ethernet to the working router.

Solved it yesterday.

Just set network configuration to manual and use google DNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.

Worked like a charm
