Hey Andy, I love The Animals, and in particular Eric Burdon's vocals.
If you get a chance, though not available on vinyl ( I'm pretty sure anyway), try his last two solo albums Soul Of A Man (2006) and 'Til Your River Runs Dry (2013). I love them both, and he might be the wrong side of 70 these days but he can still belt out a song and get a crack group of musicians together.

And Soul of a Man very good, need to get river runs dry on vinyl but the CD is good

It's not to everyone's taste, and jazz purist probably hate it, but to me, it's right up there.
I'll be seeking out a perfect copy though, as mine has a few too many pops for my liking.
And as I thought, "Water Babies" was off the turntable very soon after my wife returned to the room, where in contrast, she quite liked "Sketches of Spain", especially the opening "Concierto de Aranjuez".
