What AV Reciever & Speakers

Hi All,

After much trouble trying to input devices to my pc and out of some speakers i have decided to just buy a seperate av reciever and speakers.

I have been looking online (Amazon/Richer sounds) but a lot is out on the market so could you recommeded some for me please?

My price bracket is

AV Reviever = £300 Speakers 5.1 £200

Total £500

It depends what sort of speakers you're after, but you couldsqueeze in an Onkyo 308 AV receiver and Boston Acoustics Soundware XS speakers for £500. Alternatively, you could use your speaker budget to initially buy a pair of speakers so that you can get better quality, then add the centre, rears, and sub later on, which will give you a better package in the long run.
