'Six Degrees...' is a fantastic album. I love Dream Theater. Have some good DVDs of them as well, particularly the recent 'Systematic Chaos' box set and the Budokan one.

This evening I've listened to Schubert's 'Trout Quintet' with Brendel at the piano.

Now I'm on to Neil Young's brilliant 'Hawks & Doves' album.

Variety is the spice and all that!

Queen 'Queen II'. My favourite Queen album. First time I've played it on this system and the first time I've heard it sound good in terms of sound quality. Loads of depth and impact with all of the layers coming through.

matthewpiano:Continuing the Queen theme, 'A Day At The Races'. For me the Queen II/Day At The Races/Night At The Opera albums represent Queen's peak. Brilliantly creative albums.

Agree. Though don`t forget `Sheer Heart Attack`!

What? No 'Sheer Heart Attack'? Q1, Q2 & S.H.A are the holy trinity of Queen albums.

Lost Angeles:
Barclay James Harvest “ Once Again” Vinyl and pretty disappointing.
Could be because it's the first vinyl I've played since reconnecting my amp but it sounds dull.

Superb album though. One of my very favourite bands of all time BJH.

Tonight I've been listening to Kate Bush's 'Kick Inside', and 'The Last DJ' by Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers.
