survivor:....... Incidentally, I also have an album featuring Ayreon called `Embrace The Storm` by Stream of Passion which I can highly recommend. Not sure if it`s on Spotify or not but if it is try track 7 which is called `Open Your Eyes`. This song is possibly my all time favourite song from this genre which is saying something because I have quite a bit of music by the likes of Nightwish, Within Temptation, Leaves Eyes etc......

Thanks Survivor, all of the above are ready to go on Spotify and I like Open Your Eyes.

I have been lazy and going through my playlists at the moment to try out the new Goldring headphones.

Two of survivors recommendations. Both are prog rock with a hefty emphasis on the rock. Very melodic, confident and operatic, and the female vocals, particularly on Stream of Passion are excellent.

Strangely, GTE isn't my favourite Barclays album, good though it is. I love some of the songs, especially 'Poor Mans Moody Blues', 'Hard Hearted Woman' and 'Sea of Tranquility', but for me it doesn't gel in the same way as Time Honoured Ghosts, Everyone Is Everybody Else, or Octoberon.

The Rush is superb - one of their very best albums IMO.
