I can buy on internet for the same price these interconnects. But which is better? My music: rock and pop. System: Marantz 8003 amp. and CDP, Monitor Audio RX 6 speakers, Van Damme speakercables (very, very good. But i don't like their interconnect).

Both are good I/Cs. IMO. The VDH are a little smoother, which along with the Van Damme (also smoother) might be too much of a good thing for your type of music.

My choice would thus be the Atlas - can you get both and keep the one you like best. Some of these on line cable companies can be helpful in this regard.

Which VD? UP LC-OFC sounds far better to my ears than the standard 'blue' which everyone seems to buy (Which id also put far above the other ICs you mention)

Id give it some time yet. You dont say how many hours a week or whatever, but in my experience it takes a good month or more to sound its best and it sounds rubbish to start with.

Our musical tastes are very similar, and given the price of the van den hul, I'd stick with the Atlas as you can get tha tfor about £40. That's more than I'd bother spending having tried a number from £7 up to £200s worth (Atlas Navigators) and differences are minimal unless you're planning to use a silver based cable (Nordost Blue Heaven for instance) which will sound different. Somehow silver and copper do. Otherwise, no need to go mad on this as differences - IMO - are minimal at best.

I find the v.d. Hul 102 better than the Atlas and Van Damme. At the same time i'm looking at the v.d. Hul the Well and the v.d. Hul The Wave. Who knows these two cables?
