TX32LXD70 DVD PARTNER?

I've just bought a Panasonic TX32LXD70 LCD and my old tired cambridge audio DVD player looks crapola through it. Can anyone suggest a good upscaling dvd for not much cash? I've seen the Oppo DV981HD which would connect with an HDMI.

Also what's the best conection from a standard Sky box to my TV to get the best picture?

The Samsung HD870 is a good dvd player for the money at around £70 and offers good picture and sound for the money.

Cheers any idea about the sky conection, ive got the standard sky + through a scart at the mo.

Carry on as you are mate, just make sure you set the Sky box output to RGB.
