Hi, I have been a Hi-Fi fan for many years and therein lies the problem, I have got out of touch with any recent develoments but wish to upgrade my system:

Arcam A85 Integrated amp

Arcam A90 power amp

OPPO 105 (OK this bits new) main scource for CD, Blu Ray, SACD and streaming.

AE1 MKII on Monitor Audio Gold stands

Kef Kube 2 sub

Kimber 8TC sp cable

Kimber KCAG intercon

Russ Andrews silencer block mains conditioner plus mains cables

Any ideas on how to improve the sound are welcome.

Hi Simon, and welcome to the madness.

Though I may not be able to help you myself, I think a bit of a steer - in terms of what you'd like any improved system to do that you don't currently feel you are getting - would help. As well as a budget.

Otherwise, splashing five or ten grand would easily spice things up a bit!

A visit to a few dealers would be a good investment on your part. Happy hunting.
