System gets quite warm, is this normal?

Hi have a onkyo 725 and mordaunt short 902i's connected with QED Quodos speaker cable.

And after about 2 hours playing it gets quite warm on the top and sides, is this normal or could i have a problem with my set up? Amp working too hard?

Might just be me but i would like the reassurance.

Yes, like any amp, the Onkyo will run warm when used hard: it's as well to make sure there's plenty of space above and to the sides of it to allow air to circulate and cool it.

So you doubt its a system matching problem? I have plenty of space for the unit to breathe.
