I am hoping for some recommendations for a surround sound system. I have a sony KDL37EX503 with a sony S380 bluray player....I have around £200-250 to spend,and would like discreet speakers. Any help on what I should buy and any other equipment I would need,(cables etc) much appreciated.

Comet sell and Onkyo AVX 380(B) comes with speakers and wires. Its a good starting point and will give you extra HDMI ports incase you want to also connect an xbox or sky box in addition to your bluray player. Its £279.99 but im sure you can shop around online to find it for £250
