What is the best way to connect a subwoofer to my amp as i'm still a bit unsure.I have a left and right preout, but i have always had concerns about possible connecting a subwoofer using my speaker terminals. They are binding posts i think. The wire horizontally is fed through a hole then you screw on to them. When i move the rack the speaker wires loosen. I know if i used the speaker terminals for a sub i need one with high level inputs. Can you help?

It depens on whether you listern to stereo or surround sound. If purely on stereo I would recommend using the high level input of your sub by connecting it to your amplifier's speaker output othwise use a RCA cable to the preamp out.

There is no worry on using the high level output as the impedence is so high that it will have no effect to your amplifier.
