Hi.

What speaker cable could be recommended for nait 5i-2 and leema xero speakers.

CD player is a naim cd5 with a seperate power supply.

I currently have 2x5m lengths of a naim cable from a system bought 13 years ago but not sure what the cable is.

Would something like QED revelation be an improvement or should i stick with my current cable, thing is I only need 2-3 metre lengths now and the 5m lengths take a bit of hiding away.

Naim NAC-A5 or a decent quality, multi-strand OFC copper cable. (It does not have to be expensive).

Naim will (obviously) recommend their own cable because they can guarantee it has the correct inductance/capacitance/resistance, and they also traditionally recommend 3.5 metres (or more) per channel.

Given that you already have 2 x 5metres of old Naim cable (NAC-A4 I assume) then just chop them down to 3.5 metres and get your dealer to solder on the Naim connectors (provided free with your amp) and some 4mm plugs for you.
