Simply want to stream music....little lost

So, I have a nice system (cyrus 8 dac) and a nas drive...all I need is a nice way to stream whats on my nas to my HIFI. I have very little intrest in multi room setups.

With all that in mind, what are my options?

I realise I could buy somthing like this http://www.cambridgeaudio.com/products/stream-magic-6-upsampling-network-music-player But given my amp has a pretty good built in dac, with digital inputs is there a cheaper/more simple solotion avalable that could simply feed my Dac the music files via a simple iphone/ipad front end?

What benifits would a £700 peace of kit have over something more simple taking into acount my setup?

Im pretty clueless when it comes to this sorta thing, sorry!

Get a Sonos. Plug all the cables, press 2 buttons 'n that's it.

If you've got hi-res music you might want to look at the CA or Naim, but for the quality and absolute convenience I'd go for the Sonos.

You could always put the Sonos in another room if you upgraded in the future, but it's a great place to start.
