My setup comprises of the following

Audiolab 8200CD
Audiolab 8000S
Audiolab 8000SX
Musical Fidelity X10-D
Mission 782 bi-amped with QED Silver Anniversary cable

I've been pleased with the sound of this system for many years. Originally had a Marantz CD-63KI. Recently the system lacks the clarity in the midrange I was used to and I suspect the one or more of the mid-range units are failing - a known fault in the otherwise excellent Mission 782. I can replace the mid-range units with Audax equivalents for around £140. or I can get a really good deal on some Ffyne Audio F303 (I like bi-amped speakers).

What do you all recommend in this setup? I play all types of music, Rock, Jazz-Rock, Fusion Jazz, classical music

Thanks
Michael
