Mmmm... tricky one. Not sure whether Henley can repair this amp. The LIII is 3 generations back, so may have to use components from the K3 (perhaps K2BT).

Henley wont repair it, they just provide logistics between the dealers and Roksan. All repairs are done by Roksan, but you can't contact them directly, it has to go through the dealership where it was bought or if issue with that then buzz Henley for help. Since the LIII is beyond warranty by now, best to go straight to Henley. At least that is how I saw people go about it in online threads.
And the parts are all vanila stuff, like DM pointed out. Any service tech can repair it if they had the service manual, which is not available online for download. So best to have Roksan fixing it IMO.

Hi Vladimir,
Henley Designs do actually repair Roksan in house. Unless it's something that's failed when unpacked and brand new (DOA) which is rare, or if the spares aren't available at Henley Designs then the units are sent on to Roksan.
Henley will also repair out of warranty Roksan equipment and are happy to investigate and quote before any work is completed.

This would have been down to cost, It's far cheaper for the manufacturer to replace the circuit board than pay someone to faultfind on the existing PCB.
Paul McCartan said:on the Roksan website, there is a option to contact them directly with details of repairing, just supply serial number etc
i have no response from either from Roksan or Superfi.
