Does anyone have experience with returning TVs from Amazon? A friend asked me and reading there Returns policy it appears they only accept returns if good are faulty? Therefore if you got the TV and weren't happy you can't return it?

There is also an Amazon seller who have got a 100% feedback, do the TV about £10 cheaper and the returns policy states it can be returned within 30 days if not happy. Again any experience with amazon sellers?

They could also go to Currys and pay £30 more but have a more recognised high street name. This appeals to them.

Any opinions on the 3 sellers?

Under the Sale of Goods and Distance Selling regulations you friend has 7 working days starting the day after delivery in which to return the TV to Amazon for any reason whatsoever.

If buying online I would be inclined to advise dealing with Amazon rather than an Amazon Marketplace seller.

The 7 working days does not apply if your friend goes into a physical store and buys a TV, though he would obviously benefit from face-to-face contact and advice which to many is worth a great deal and would help to prevent any regrets after purchase anyway.
