Plasma vs LCD always miss noise issue

Hi,

I've found out recently that Plasmas have a fan and also make a buzzing noise. How comes in the comparison of Plasma Vs LCD its not mentioned that Plasma makes noise? Obviously may not be able to hear it at normal listening levels, but say you showing pictures or something?

Some plasmas have fans, some plasmas may buzz. You probably cant her them unless you stick your head upto the panel.

I have the Panny PX80, it has no fans and doesnt buzz ( I can hear my V+ box though when there is no sound on, doesnt spoil my watching pictures.).

Got a plasma with fans, the only time you hear them is when youÿinitiallyÿpower it up just to get temp down before picture appears at which point they go silent (even with tv on mute).

I can hear my Pioneer 428 buzz sometimes when it's quiet but it's not an issue.
