Panasonic TH-42PZ81B Problems?

I purchased the Panasonic TH-42PZ81B two weeks ago and so far very pleased with it but last night had problems with reception on freesat. It was raining and I lost quite a number of programms on the Freesat, BBC 1,2 and HD were ok but ITV and most of the other had NO SIGNAL. My Freesat is run off a separate satellite dish to the SKY free to air satellite dish but did not have the same problem on the Sky dish. Is this a signal problem or a freesat problem, both dishes were set up professionally when the 81B was purchased. I also have a problem on the Freesat the TV guide not being populated all the time.

Does any body know if the none HD channels are up scaled on this tv or can this only be done via HDMI input.

Sounds to me like a specific Freesat problem. I suggest you contact Freesat and have a word with them. Contact no: 0845 313 0052.

I have been onto Freesat and they say I should do a FIRST TIME install again even though it was installed only two weeks ago this will cure all the problems. The problem with the guide not being populated is with Panasonic and there guide programme but guess what Panasonic say it is a Freesat problem.
