panasonic bd85 vs bdt300 3d players

hi,as above are these two players the same internals/picture and sound settings the same apart from the 3d as they are similar prices,bd85 £200 ish and bdt300 £250. I am not interested in 3d at the moment but never know i may be in a year or two,thanks.

No direct experience but from reviews I've read the 300 is the same quality but with 3D added.
