Pair with Freeview / Freesat app Panasonic tx 50ax802b

Hi all,

I have a panasonic tx 50ax802b. Just ditched Sky and am trying to make the most of the Freeview and Freesat options. Both are now set up, the TV has built in 'Freetime' and there is an iphone app which enables you to set recordings remotely.

I can't work out how to pair the app to the TV. The Freetime website sets out the process

but I don't know where to find my pairing code- the TV's menu setup is a bit complicated!

Any help would be much appreciated!

I may be the only one interested (!) but I think I have worked this out.

This TV has two TV guides- the 'freetime' one and the 'panasonic', you can switch between the two. Recordings by HDD have to be set in the Panasonic TV guide, they cannot be set in the 'freetime' guide.

So I can't use the freetime app to set recordings remotely.

These dual TV guide set up is a bit of a faff. Are they still using this on newer models?
