Hiu Gasolin,

My first hifi was a beogram/beomaster bought in 1973. Having been in storage for 30 years, gave them away during a house move a few years ago, not realising the price they achieved on Fleabay. Doh. Mate also bought them back then and are still in use in his Hong Kong flat. 42 year old hifi - not bad VFM and still very attractive! Beware those early ones had DIN speaker connections, but guess you are after something a little more recent.

Personally I'd be very careful about what you are buying. The BeoMaster 3000 receiver for example can range from 1969-1987 and, even Danish manufacturing aside, require expensive servicing. All electronic components deteriorate, some a lot quicker than others.

Agree they do look like nothing else but just be careful you don't buy a bad one.
