I've had my V+ box for about three to four years now, I think its time to upgrade to the new samsung model. But my V+ box is working sound. Does anyone have a reson or something i can tell Virgin to get a new one.

Doh! If it ain't broke why fix it , what would the newer box give you? Just confort you are on latest? If you must wht don't you just reset it every day for a week and tell them it's freezin and needs rebooted , but as stated if it's doing what it says on the tin what's your issue?
