New subwoofer for £400

I need a new subwoofer for a room around 3.5 x 3m, my budget is £400 and no more. It will be used both for home cinema and for supporting stereo, so it needs to be fairly agile.

Get your self a monolith, superb sound for the money i used to have a mj ref200 and replaced it with the monolith and found the monolith better in all respects it goes lower louder and is just as fast and cost less. but it is rather large that the only down side.
