Netflix/Lovefilm

I have my Panasonic TX-GT50GT tv connected to my router but Netflix or Lovefilm does not appear on the menu,You Tube,BBC iPlayer etc are there but no Netflix or Lovefilm?

Any ideas?

You need to download Netflix from Viera Market on the TV

Lovefilm isn't currently supported by Panasonic, so there is no app for it
