I've just built a book case to house my Sky Box, DVD player, Wii, and have left one compartment for all of them to be housed. Just realised that I am going to have to stack them directly on top of each other. Is there any sort of plinth / stacking system designed that I can use to give them some sort of breathing room? Thanks

Not that I'm aware of. Unfortunately, these components aren't really designed to be stacked together, and what you are looking for to separate them is an equipment rack (like these ones).

Stacking those components one on top of each other within the bookshelf can be done, but is defintely not recommended, especially considering the heat that each one will output, plus the stability of the DVD player and Sky+ box which will have an adverse reaction to the picture quality.
