Before anyone mentions it, I'm deliberately avoiding asking this/these question/s on the Naim forum (or pink fish) - to try and get some clear and simple information!
What exactly is the NS01 (Naimnet server) and how does it differ in functionality from the HDX or the forthcoming NDX?
If, as it seems to be described, it's a server and a streamer, surely it's already doing those things and all you would need to add would be some sort of interface (laptop?)
Can it be used on its own as a source or does it need to be part of a multi-box solution?
