Only joking
haven’t got the cable. So they still didn’t work when you charged them up with the B&W cable?
B&W have stopped repairing the PX7’s (probably because they have a lot of issues), hence the full refund. You need to return the cable back to B&W then.
A lot of headphone manufacturers have stopped repairing headphones (Bose for example), not because the headphones have issues. It's too expensive to repair than replace.B&W have stopped repairing the PX7’s (probably because they have a lot of issues), hence the full refund.
I wondered why. Cheers.A lot of headphone manufacturers have stopped repairing headphones (Bose for example), not because the headphones have issues. It's too expensive to repair than replace.
So they may not be broken, just need charging?haven’t got the cable.
The sound quality was really bad on them too. Anyway I told the guy everything I have told you guys and they offered me a refund. They have gone back now too.So they may not be broken, just need charging?
Could be to do with traffic congestion. 😉My B&W cable still hasn’t turned up either! So much for first class delivery service…
How come?
Could be to do with traffic congestion. 😉
Yes but not about the rail thing 🙄We didnt get any other mail today either. So probably you’re right. 👍
The S2 version released only last month.I presume yours weren't the S2 version? as you said the 3.5mm plug fitted perfectly?
I found the cable or a cable that worked.I've just seen a review of the PX7 S2 on AV Forums.
One of the cons was that it was, 'dependent on a bespoke cable for wired use'
Also said that, because it uses a USB connection, the wired connection goes through the DAC - which he didn't think would bother most users.
It would bother me.

They were crackling a lot, sounded rubbish with no Bass and wouldn’ work with a wire. Whats the problem? (Unsubstatiated allegation deleted by moderation).I’m surprised they accepted a return when it could be something as simple as the headphones were not charged up. Still can’t complain if you didn’t really like them anyway.
He's not having a go at you Gel, he's just expressing surprise - let's face it, not every company would give a refund after more than a year of ownership. They were crackling a lot, sounded rubbish with no Bass and wouldn’ work with a wire. How would you like to be constantly trolled on here, AVForums and eBay! (Unsubstatiated allegation deleted by moderation). He's not having a go at you Gel, he's just expressing surprise - let's face it, not every company would give a refund after more than a year of ownership.
(Perhaps it's their unofficial way of admitting they're junk 😁).
