I was suppose to take them to the store within 3 days and the £84 price still stands but if you don’t then it doesn’t matter.

B&W have stopped repairing the PX7’s (probably because they have a lot of issues), hence the full refund.

A lot of headphone manufacturers have stopped repairing headphones (Bose for example), not because the headphones have issues. It's too expensive to repair than replace.

The sound quality was really bad on them too. Anyway I told the guy everything I have told you guys and they offered me a refund. They have gone back now too.

I've just seen a review of the PX7 S2 on AV Forums.
One of the cons was that it was, 'dependent on a bespoke cable for wired use'
Also said that, because it uses a USB connection, the wired connection goes through the DAC - which he didn't think would bother most users.
It would bother me.

I presume yours weren't the S2 version? as you said the 3.5mm plug fitted perfectly?

He's not having a go at you Gel, he's just expressing surprise - let's face it, not every company would give a refund after more than a year of ownership.
(Perhaps it's their unofficial way of admitting they're junk 😁).
